Charge air cooler, removing and installing: Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

Hoses to charge air coolers and to air guide pipes must be connected up to stop (arrow) dry and free of oil.

NOTE:

Screw-type clamps must be tightened directly behind lip of charge air cooler/air guide pipe.
The bolt-locks on the screw clamps must be placed at the X - marking on the hose.

Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm
