Charge air cooling system components, removing and installing

NOTE:

• Secure all hose connections with the correct hose clips (same as original equipment). See Parts catalog
• Charge air system must be free of leaks.

NOTE: The following list refers to items in Fig 1.

1. Air ducting
2. Rubber grommet
3. Hose
   • Between charge air pressure cooler and air ducting in front apron
4. Hose
   • Between intake manifold and charge air cooler
5. Bracket
   • Riveted to body
6. Rubber grommet
   • With sleeve
7. Charge air pressure cooler
