Viscous fan, removing and installing: Installing

• Hold pulley for viscous fan using 3212 spanner wrench and tighten viscous fan using 3312 spanner wrench and 1331 torque wrench (LEFT-HANDED THREAD).

Install in the opposite order to removing. When installing, note the following points:

• Install lock carrier.

  See LOCK CARRIER, SERVICE POSITION .

• Install bumper.

  See FRONT BUMPER .

• Install noise insulation.
