Removing

• Carefully remove instrument panel vent rearward using special hook 3370.

Installing 

Installation is reverse of removal.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pop rivet pliers VAS 5072

Removing 

• Remove instrument panel → Instrument panel, removing and installing .
• Remove air quality sensor from damaged side.

• Cut through weld points - 2  - (4x) flush to air guide using a sharp knife.

• Remove damaged air vent.
• Drill 5 mm hole at points - 2  - (3x).

Installing 

• Install new air duct, ensuring no parts lie in the air channel.
• Rivet in the provided pop rivets for air guide at points - 2  - (3x).
• Install the provided bolt - 3  - for air guide.

Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
