Cover and upholstery for headrests with slide in locking mechanism, removing and installing

Removing 

• Remove headrest.

• Disengage grip channel - 2  - by prying out of guide channel - 1  - using a screwdriver.

• Lift cover over button collar - 3  - using a screwdriver.
• Remove first headrest support - 1  - on the side lying opposite of button - 3  - from cushion with cover - 2  -.

• Remove cushion - 2  - out of cover - 3  -.

Installing

• Insert cushion - 2  - with proper fit in cover - 3  -.

• Insert headrest support - 1  - first on button side into cushion with cover - 2  -.
• Press retaining strips firmly in guide channel (test by pulling).
