Cooling system components (on engine, rear), removing and installing

NOTE: The follwing list refers to items in Fig 1.

To front water hose
Front coolant line
- DIAGRAM OF COOLANT HOSE CONNECTIONS
Bleeder screw
- Tightening torque: 20 Nm
Coolant hose
- From auxiliary water pump to front coolant line
Auxiliary water pump
Coolant hose
- From rear coolant line to auxiliary water pump
Right coolant line
- From turbocharger to rear coolant line
Banjo bolt
- Tightening torque: 35 Nm
Coolant temperature sensor -G62-
- For engine control module
- If necessary, release pressure in cooling system before removing
- Checking:

Retaining clip
- Check for proper seating
To heat exchanger
Rear coolant line
- DIAGRAM OF COOLANT HOSE CONNECTIONS
Bolt
- Tightening torque: 10 Nm
Right coolant line
- From engine block to turbocharger
Banjo bolt
- Tightening torque: 35 Nm
Banjo bolt
- Tightening torque: 35 Nm
Left coolant line
- From engine block to turbocharger
From heat exchanger
To front coolant hose
Coolant line

- Tightening torque: 20 Nm
Banjo bolt
- Tightening torque: 35 Nm
Left coolant line
- From turbocharger to rear coolant line
Sensor for auxiliary water pump
- 2-pin
- If necessary, release pressure in cooling system before removing
To oil cooler
Retaining clip
- Check for proper seating
