Remove bumper.
See FRONT BUMPER .
Bring the lock carrier into service position
See LOCK CARRIER, SERVICE POSITION .
Remove upper air hose at charge air cooler.
Disconnect air guide from charge air cooler.
Remove lower air hose at charge air cooler.
Remove charge air cooler from below.
