Charge air pressure cooler (intercooler), removing and installing: Removing:

Remove noise insulation -arrows-.

Remove bumper
See FRONT BUMPER .
Move lock carrier to service position
See LOCK CARRIER, SERVICE POSITION .
Pull top air hose off charge air cooler.
Disengage air duct from charge air pressure cooler.
- Detach bottom air hose from charge air pressure cooler.
Take out charge air cooler from underneath.
