Channel 40

NOTE: This function is used to input distance in miles since last service.
  1. When ADAPTATION INPUT CHANNEL NUMBER XX is displayed, press 4 and 0 keys (40), then press "Q" to confirm input. CHANNEL 40 ADAPTATION 8 ACTUAL VALUE INSP. IN 100 MILES <-1 3-> will be displayed (8 indicates 800 miles). Press right arrow key.
  2. CHANNEL 40 ADAPTATION INPUT ADAPTATION VALUE XXXXX will be displayed. Enter desired value using zeros for first 3 digits. For example, enter 00010 (1000 miles), then press "Q" to confirm input. CHANNEL 40 ADAPTATION 10 ACTUAL VALUE INSP. IN 100 MILES <-1 3-> will be displayed. Press "Q" to confirm input.
  3. CHANNEL 40 ADAPTATION 10 STORE CHANGED VALUE will be displayed. Press "Q" to confirm input. CHANNEL 40 ADAPTATION 10 CHANGED VALUE IS STORED will be displayed. Press right arrow key to complete adaptation of distance driven since service.
