Resetting Service Reminder Indicator (Sri) Without Scan Tool

NOTE: Perform this procedure after service has been carried out.

Turn ignition off. Hold reset button for trip recorder and turn ignition on. SERVICE OIL will be displayed on trip recorder display. Within 5 seconds, turn clock adjuster knob on instrument cluster counterclockwise. Trip recorder display should now read SERVICE - - -.
