Possible Causes & Corrective Action

Open or short in comfort system data bus. Repair wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .

Incorrect control module in information data bus (does not support CAN). Replace control module. Control module that supports CAN is not indicated with a 1 in measured value block display group 130. See FUNCTION MODE 08: READING MEASURED VALUE BLOCK  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.

Adaptation for instrument cluster was not performed properly. Input correct adaptation number in channel 60. See FUNCTION MODE 10: ADAPTATION  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.

Data bus is operating on one wire only. Check data bus communication between modules. See CHECKING DATA BUS COMMUNICATION  .
