Possible Causes & Corrective Action

Open or short in White/Blue wire between terminal No. 1 of control module for navigation with CD mechanism and terminal No. 31 of instrument cluster Blue 32-pin harness connector. See Figure . Repair wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .

Control module is incorrect or does not support Controller Area Network (CAN). Replace control module. Control module that supports CAN is not indicated with a 1 in measured value block display group 140. See FUNCTION MODE 08: READING MEASURED VALUE BLOCK  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.

Adaptation for instrument cluster was not performed properly. Input correct adaptation number in channel 62. See FUNCTION MODE 10: ADAPTATION  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
