• Removing 

• Remove backrest → Rear seat backrest, removing and installing .
• Remove lock trim - 2  - → Lock trim, removing .
• Starting at latch, pry fastening strip - 3  - on cover - 4  - away from rear backrest - 1  -.

1 - Backrest cover

• Roll backrest cover - 1  - forward.
• Cut through staples - 3  - on front side and remove backrest cover.
• Use upholstery stapler V.A.G 1634/ to install new staples.
• Pull seat belt through cut-out - 2  -.

2 - Cut-out

3 - Staples

4 - Padding
