Headlight repair set, installing
NOTE:
For the Audi A6, the headlight fastening straps can be replaced by using a repair set. Completely replacing the headlight is not required.
- Left-side headlight repair set part no.: 4B0 998 121
- Right-side headlight repair set part no.: 4B0 998 122
- Remove headlight with broken fastening straps. See HEADLIGHTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Remove remainder of broken fastening straps -1- at location indicated by arrow.
- Place fastening straps -2- from repair set at edge (arrow) of headlight housing and secure strap with both bolts -3- from behind.
