Rear Brake Proportioning Valve
NOTE:
Vehicle weight must be supported on the wheels, using a platform hoist or a pit to perform procedure.
Ensure fuel tank is full, with vehicle weight on wheels. Ensure brake system is bled and filled. Loosen adjusting nut, if not already loose. Install Adjustment Tool (3284) in holes on proportioning valve. See Fig 1 . Tighten adjusting nut. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Tighten guide bushing nuts and bolts.
