Installation position of Ground (GND) connection

NOTE: Check the installation position with fuel filler tube removed.

Remove reservoir -1- (arrows) if necessary.

Route Ground (GND) connection (arrow) as shown in figure.

Ensure connector of Ground (GND) connection fits securely at metal ring of fuel filler tube.
Check whether contact is locked at edge of securing hole.
Bolt wire contact -1- with securing bolt -2- for fuel filler tube.
CAUTION:
After installing, check electrical connection of metal ring at fuel filler tube to a blank portion of chassis using Ohm meter:
- Specified value: approx. 0 Ohm.
