Removal & Installation

Remove valve body. See VALVE BODY . Remove bolts and remove sensor from valve body. See Fig 1 .

Install Transmission RPM (1), together with both spacer sleeves (2). Spacer sleeves should be 20 mm in height. Ensure side of sensor with connector terminals faces center of valve body. Tighten transmission RPM sensor-to-valve body bolts to 53 INCH lbs. (6 N.m).
Install valve body. See VALVE BODY . Fill with ATF and check ATF level. See CHECKING FLUID LEVELS under LUBRICATION.
