Steering lock cylinder, removing and installing: Installing:

Insert spare key/workshop key into lock cylinder and turn to "ignition ON" position. Insert steel wire again to stop.
Insert lock cylinder into lock housing all the way.
Now pull out wire and press lock cylinder firmly until it audibly snaps into position.
Install steering column switches and steering wheel in reverse order of removal. See STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
