Control module, coding

NOTE: At present there is only one coding for the engine control modules of the Audi RS6. This is firmly programmed in the ECM. It is: 0006752.

Connect vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051 (see VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC, TESTING AND INFORMATION SYSTEM VAS 5051, CONNECTING AND SELECTING FUNCTIONS ) and select vehicle system "01 - Engine electronics" from list. Ignition must be on.

From list -1- select diagnostic function "07 - Encoding control module".
