Coolant, Checking For Leaks
- Engine at operating temperature.
- Connect cooling system tester VW 1274 to expansion tank with adapter VW 1274/1.
- Raise pressure to approx. 1.0 bar (15 psi) with hand pump of tester.
- If pressure drops within short time, locate leak and repair.
