Oil Pressure Sending Unit Test

Remove "G" terminal (to gauge) from sending unit. Connect gauge tester VW 1301 between wire and ground. With ignition on, set tester to 350. Gauge should show 5.0 Bar. Set gauge tester to 150, gauge should show 2.5 Bar.
