Fuel Gauge Adjustment
NOTE:
Before proceeding with adjustment, ensure that fuel tank contains exactly one gallon of gasoline. Drain fuel if necessary.
- Turn ignition on for 2 minutes. Fuel level indicator should be on the first large mark of red reserve field.
- If gauge does not indicate as described, adjust by turning correction pin. To reach correction pin, carefully pry off cap or pull off using needle nose pliers. Correction pin is located at bottom left corner of fuel gauge.
