Check Valve

  1. If servo has no leaks, start engine and run at idle until pressure gauge reaches 2030 psi (140 bar). Turn engine off and pump brake pedal until reading on pressure gauge drops to 1957 psi (135 bar).
  2. Operating pressure should not drop below 1885 psi (130 bar) within 5 minutes. If pressure drops below specification, check valve is leaking and must be replaced. If gauge is to be removed, relieve remaining system pressure before disconnecting gauge from servo.
