Power Booster: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Adjust push rod length. SEE PUSH ROD LENGTH  under ADJUSTMENTS. Always use new self-locking nuts and new "O" ring seal between servo and firewall bracket. Roll seal against firewall after nuts holding servo to bracket have been tightened.

To install, reverse removal procedure. Adjust push rod length. See PUSH ROD LENGTH  under ADJUSTMENTS. Tighten clevis lock nut. Lightly grease clevis pin. Use new gasket at firewall and new self-locking nuts. Always use new clevis pin lock clip. Use new "O" ring between master cylinder and servo. Bleed brakes and check operation of system.
