Front Pads (GIRLING): Installation
- Press piston back into caliper. Install brake pads with new heat shield between inner pad and piston. Heat shield must face piston. Swing caliper down into carrier.
- Install new lower self-locking mounting bolt. Tighten self-locking bolt to 26 ft. lb. (35 N.m). Reconnect pad wear indicator at plug and place plug in retainer.
