Rear Disc Brake Caliper: Installation

  1. Fill caliper cylinder with brake fluid and pre-bleed caliper. Install brake pad carrier, then install caliper assembly. Tighten mounting bolts.
  2. Reconnect hydraulic line and parking brake cable to caliper. Pump brake pedal 40 times to seat pads. Check parking brake adjustment and bleed hydraulic system.
