Removal & Installation

Oil pan may be removed while engine is installed. Remove 2 front bolts in subframe and drain engine oil. Turn flywheel so that recesses point down and remove both rear pan bolts. Remove remaining pan bolts and lower pan from engine. To install, use new pan gasket and tighten pan bolts in a criss-cross pattern.
