Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the fuel filler door. Refer to DOOR, FUEL FILL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or DOOR, FUEL FILL LOCK, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Disconnect the quick coupling (1) for the fuel breather and vapor recovery pipe.

3. Remove the lower bolt (1) securing the fuel filler pipe to the body.

4. Remove the upper bolts (1) securing the fuel filler pipe to the body.

5. Loosen the clamp (1a) and remove the fuel filler pipe (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the fuel filler pipe in position, connect it to the tank sleeve and tighten the clamp.
2. Tighten the lower bolt securing the fuel filler pipe to the body.
3. Tighten the upper bolts securing the fuel filler pipe to the body.
4. Connect the quick coupling to the fuel breather and vapor recovery pipe.
5. Install the fuel filler door. Refer to DOOR, FUEL FILL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or DOOR, FUEL FILL LOCK, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
