Front Fuel Delivery Line

REMOVAL 

1. Perform the fuel pressure release procedure. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM/FUEL DELIVERY/STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the coolant reservoir. Refer to BOTTLE, PRESSURIZED COOLANT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Remove the air cleaner and ducts. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

5. Open the retaining clip (3) and disconnect the quick connector (1) of the front fuel vapor pipe.
6. Disconnect the electrical connection for the fuel temperature-pressure sensor (2).

7. Release the fuel line retaining clip (1.
8. Disconnect the quick connector (2a) and remove the front fuel supply pipe (2b) complete with fuel pressure-temperature sensor (2c).

INSTALLATION 

1. Place the front fuel supply pipe in its housing, complete with fuel pressure-temperature sensor and connect the quick connector.
2. Connect the electrical connection for the fuel temperature-pressure sensor.
3. Connect the front quick connector of the fuel supply pipe and close the retaining clips.
4. Install the air cleaner and ducts. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Install the coolant reservoir. Refer to BOTTLE, PRESSURIZED COOLANT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
