Right Turbocharger Surge Valve

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the flexible hose (1) from the cold air intake tubes.

3. Disconnect the right turbocharger air by-pass solenoid wire harness connector (1).
4. Remove the bolts (2a) and the right turbocharger air by-pass solenoid (2b) complete with O-ring.

INSTALLATION 

1. Using a NEW  O-ring, install the right turbocharger air by-pass solenoid and securely tighten the bolts.
2. Connect the right turbocharger air by-pass solenoid wire harness connector.
3. Install the flexible hose onto the cold air intake tubes.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
