REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the right air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Disconnect the right turbocharger waste-gate solenoid wire harness connector (1).
  4. Remove the bolts (2a) and the waste-gate solenoid (2b), disconnecting the hoses (2c) from the tubes.

INSTALLATION 

  1. Install the right turbocharger waste-gate solenoid, connect the hoses, and securely tighten the bolts.
  2. Connect the waste-gate solenoid wire harness connector.
  3. Install the right air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
