Right Turbocharger Coolant Connection Sleeve

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the charge air water cooler support bracket. Refer to COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Remove the bolt (1a), the lock flange (1b) and disconnect the engine coolant outlet rigid rear tube from left turbocharger (1c).

3. Loosen the band clamp (1a) and remove the coolant supply rigid rear tube from left turbocharger (1b), complete with O-ring.

INSTALLATION 

1. Using a NEW  O-ring, install the engine coolant outlet rear tube from right the turbocharger in its housing.
2. Connect the engine coolant outlet rear rigid tube from left turbocharger, turbocharger side.
3. Place the lock flange in its housing and securely tighten the bolt.
4. Connect the engine coolant outlet rear rigid tube from left turbocharger to the sleeve and tighten the band clamp.
5. Install the charge air water cooler support bracket. Refer to COOLER AND HOSES, CHARGE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
