Right Rear Turbocharger Coolant Outlet Tube

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the right turbocharger/exhaust manifold assembly. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Open the band (1a), remove the bolts (1b), (1c) and the right rear turbocharger coolant outlet tube (1d) complete with O-rings (1e).

INSTALLATION

  1. Install the right rear turbocharger coolant outlet tube (1a) complete with NEW  O-rings and tighten the bolts (1b), (1c) to the proper then close the band (1d). Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the right turbocharger/exhaust manifold assembly. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
