Right Air Hose Between Turbocharger And Charge Air Water Cooler

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the right turbocharger air inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Loosen the band (1a) and remove the bolts (1b) and the right air hose (1c) with gasket.

3. Loosen the clamp (1a) and disconnect the air delivery hose (1b) from the air tube (1c).

INSTALLATION 

1. Connect the air delivery hose to the air tube and securely tighten the clamp.
2. Using a NEW  gasket, install the right air hose and securely tighten the bolts then the band.
3. Install the right turbocharger air inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
