Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

  1. Remove the right exhaust connector heat shield. Refer to SHIELD, HEAT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  2. Cut the heat shield (1b) retaining band (1a).

  3. Disconnect the oil pressure regulator wire harness connector (1).
  4. Remove the bolt (2a) and the oil pressure regulator (2b) with O-ring seal (2c).

INSTALLATION 

  1. Using a NEW  O-ring, install the oil pressure regulator and securely tighten the bolt.
  2. Connect the oil pressure regulator wire harness connector.
  3. Install a NEW  retaining band on the heat shield.
  4. Install the right exhaust connector heat. Refer to SHIELD, HEAT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
