Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the oil filter housing. Refer to HOUSING, OIL FILTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Remove the engine oil from the port (1) using a suitable suction gun.

3. Remove the bolts (1a) and the engine oil cooler (1b).
4. Prepare a suitable container for retrieving the engine oil and the coolant contained in the engine oil cooler.
5. Using a suitable suction gun, remove the liquid from the housing on the engine oil cooler.

6. Remove the seals (1).

INSTALLATION 

1. Carefully clean the engine oil cooler housing.
2. Install a NEW  seals in the engine oil cooler housing.

3. Install the engine oil cooler (1a) and tighten the bolts (1b) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
4. Install the oil filter housing. Refer to HOUSING, OIL FILTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
