Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

  1. Remove the engine and separate from suspension crossmember. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the right side turbocharger heat shield and gas outlet pipe. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Remove the lower bolts (1) of the heat shield.
  4. Remove the bolts (2a) and remove the right mount bracket (2b).

INSTALLATION

  1. Install the right engine mount bracket (1a) and tighten the bolts (1b) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Tighten the lower heat shield bolts (2) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the right side turbocharger heat shield and gas outlet pipe. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the engine and suspension crossmember assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
