Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove the front suspension crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, FRONT SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Remove the bolts (1) securing the heat shield to the left engine mount bracket.

4. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the left engine mount bracket (1b), complete with centering bushings (1c).

INSTALLATION

1. Install the left engine mount bracket (1a) with bushings (1b) and tighten the bolts (1c) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

2. Securely tighten the bolts (1) securing the heat shield to the left engine mount bracket.
3. Install the front suspension crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, FRONT SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
