Right Turbocharger Air Inlet Tube

REMOVAL 

  1. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outer right upper tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the right air cleaner inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  4. Loosen the band (1) of the air inlet pipe to the right turbocharger, turbocharger side.

  5. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the turbocharger air by-pass tube (1b).
  6. Remove the right turbocharger air inlet tube (2), disengaging the pin from the elastic insert.

INSTALLATION 

  1. Install the air inlet tube to the right turbocharger, engaging the pin to the elastic insert.
  2. Connect the turbocharger air by-pass sleeve and tighten the band.
  3. Tighten the band of the air inlet pipe to the right turbocharger, turbocharger side.
  4. Install the right air cleaner inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the air cleaner outer right upper tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
