Low Temperature (LT) Coolant Pump Mounting Bracket

REMOVAL 

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Remove the bolt (1) from the retaining collar of the coolant pump mounting bracket and reposition the pump.

4. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the LT cooling system coolant pump mounting bracket (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the LT cooling system coolant pump mounting bracket and securely tighten the bolts.
2. Position the LT coolant pump in the mounting bracket and securely tighten the retaining collar bolt.
3. Install the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
