LH Engine Coolant Supply Pipe To Turbocharger

REMOVAL 

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
3. Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to COOLING/STANDARD PROCEDURE .

4. Remove the bolt (1a), the forked flange (1b) and remove the left turbocharger engine coolant supply pipe (1c), complete with O-rings.

5. Remove the bolt (1a) and the left turbocharger engine coolant supply pipe (1c), complete with O-rings.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the left turbocharger engine coolant supply pipe (1a), complete with O-rings, and tighten the bolt (1b) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

2. Install the left turbocharger engine coolant supply pipe (1a), refit the forked flange (1b) and tighten the bolt (1c) on turbocharger side to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
3. Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to COOLING/STANDARD PROCEDURE .
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
5. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
