Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

  1. Drain the low temperature (LT) cooling system. Refer to COOLING/STANDARD PROCEDURE .

  2. Remove the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle supply hose quick connector (1).

  3. Disconnect the degassing hose quick connector (1).
  4. Remove the nut (2a), bolt (2b) and the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle (2c).

INSTALLATION 

  1. Install the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle and securely tighten the nut and bolt.
  2. Install the degassing hose quick connector.
  3. Install the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle supply hose quick connector.
  4. Fill the low temperature (LT) cooling system. Refer to COOLING/STANDARD PROCEDURE .
