Removal And Installation: Removal

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the right side engine box reinforcement brace. Refer to BRACE, ENGINE BOX REINFORCEMENT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Drain the high temperature (HT) cooling system. Refer to
COOLING/STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the degassing hose quick connect coupling (1) from the pressurized coolant bottle.
- Disengage the pressurized coolant bottle from the rubber retaining grommets.
- Remove the coolant hose quick connect coupling (1a) and the pressurized coolant bottle (1b).
