Removal And Installation

REMOVAL
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the quick connector (1) of the of the by-pass actuators control solenoid valve pipe from the intermediate pipe.
- Disengage the front pipe of the by-pass actuators control solenoid valve from the suspension frame.
- Disconnect the exhaust muffler by-pass actuators control solenoid valve wire harness connector (1).
- Loosen the bolts (2a) and disengage the exhaust muffler by-pass actuators control solenoid valve (2b) from the bracket (2c).
- Disconnect the quick coupling (1a) and remove the exhaust muffler by-pass actuators control solenoid valve (1b) complete with pipes.
- If necessary, disengage the pipe between the control solenoid valve and the by-pass actuators (1a), remove the bolt (1b) and the by-pass actuators control solenoid valve support bracket (1c).
INSTALLATION
- If removed, install the by-pass actuators control solenoid valve support bracket, bolt, and pipe between the control solenoid valve.
- Position exhaust muffler by-pass actuators control solenoid valve, complete with pipes and connect the pipe quick coupling between the control solenoid valve and the by-pass actuators.
- Engage the by-pass actuators control solenoid valve to the bracket and tighten the fixing screws.
- Connect the exhaust muffler by-pass actuators control solenoid valve wire harness connector.
- Engage the by-pass actuators control solenoid valve pipe to the suspension frame and connect the quick coupling to the intermediate pipe.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
