Removal And Installation - Right

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove the air cleaner inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Remove the right side air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

4. Disconnect the differential pressure sensor (1b) wire harness connector (1a).
5. Remove the differential pressure sensor (1b) retaining nut (2a).
6. Release the clamps and disconnect the differential pressure sensor hoses (3a).
7. Remove the differential pressure sensor.

8. If necessary, remove the fasteners and remove the mounting bracket (1b).

9. If tube replacement is necessary, remove the fasteners for the cooling reservoir and position aside.
10. Remove the intermediate screw (1a) for the tube (1b) to be removed.
11. Working in the catalytic converter area (2a), remove the clamps from the areas (2c) and then disconnect the tube (1b) from the tube (2b) and then remove. (The clamps must be replaced).

INSTALLATION 

1. If removed, install the tubes and secure the clamps, then securely tighten the intermediate screw for the tube.
2. If removed, install the mounting bracket and secure the fasteners.
3. Connect the differential pressure sensor hoses and secure the clamps.
4. Install the differential pressure sensor and securely tighten the nut.
5. Connect the differential pressure sensor wire harness connector.
6. Install the right side air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
7. Install the air cleaner inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
8. Connect the negative battery cable(s). Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
