Front Vacuum Line

1. Remove the left front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Remove the left front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Disconnect the quick coupling (1a), loosen the clamp (1b) and remove the vacuum/reservoir accumulator supply pipe (1c).
4. Open the front pipe retaining clips (2) from the vacuum/reservoir accumulator to the intermediate pipe.

5. Open the retaining clips (1a), disconnect the quick coupling (1b) and remove the front pipe from the vacuum tank to the intermediate pipe of the exhaust muffler by-pass actuators control solenoid valve (1c).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the front pipe between the vacuum/reservoir accumulator and the exhaust muffler by-pass actuators control solenoid valve intermediate pipe, connect the quick coupling and close the retaining clips.
2. Connect the vacuum/reservoir accumulator supply pipe, close the clamp and connect the quick coupling.
3. Install the left front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
