1. Tighten the bolt (a) and the bolt (b) until the oil feed pipe sits on the turbocharger and the engine block.
Lubricant Specifications
Position Type b Threads Engine Oil Flange 2. Tighten the bolt (a) to the specified torque.
3. Set the washer portion (c) to the direction (d).
4. Tighten the bolt (b) to the specified torque.
5. Make sure the washer is positioned within area (e) as shown.

1. Clean the turbocharger flange surface (a) and the three way catalytic converter flange surface (b) with a rag and parts cleaner. (Figure 1)
NOTICE:
- Do not spray parts cleaner directly on the turbocharger and the three way catalytic converter.
- Use a commercially available parts cleaner.

2. Align the gasket tab (c) and the converter rib (d) with the band head (e) properly positioned (f). (Figure 2)
NOTICE:
Do not remove the band bolt as the band will deform if it is opened more than necessary.

1. Tighten the break head bolt until the bolt head (a) is twisted off completely.

Do not use an air tool.
2. Make sure the stopper end (b) contacts the housing end (c) after tightening the break head bolt.
