Installation After the Front Passenger's Airbag Deployment
- Front Passenger's Airbag - Install
1. Insert the hooks (A) into the front passenger's airbag housing holes, then insert the other hooks (B) into the housing holes. NOTE:- Make sure there are no objects between the airbag and the dashboard.
- Make sure the airbag is fully seated, and make sure the dashboard is not deformed or damaged after the airbag is in place.
- Make sure the hooks are set properly.
- Front Passenger's Airbag/Dashboard - Install
1. Install the front passenger's airbag/dashboard assembly (A) . - Front Passenger's Airbag Inflator Connector - Connect
1. Tighten the new mounting bolts (A). 2. Connect the front passenger's airbag inflator connector (B) on the dashboard wire harness.
- Battery Terminal - Connect
1. Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure . - DTC - Clear
1. Clear any DTCs with the HDS. - SRS Operation - Confirm
1. Press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode, and check that the SRS indicator comes on for about 6 seconds and then goes off. - Glove Box - Install
1. Install the glove box .
