Power Supply (LS2+), GND (LS2-) Circuit Inspection

NOTE: Before disconnecting the SRS related connector, do the 12 volt battery terminal disconnection procedure and wait for at least 3 minutes.

Test Procedure

Preparation
- SRS unit connector B (57P) : disconnected
- Left side impact sensor (second) 2P connector: disconnected

Procedure

Perform the inspection according to the following table.

	LS2+, LS2- shorted wire to wire inspection	OFF			There is more than 1 MΩ
	LS2+ open wire inspection	OFF			There is less than 1 Ω
	LS2- open wire inspection	OFF			There is less than 1 Ω
	NOTE: Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.
	LS2+ shorted to ground inspection	OFF			Not shorted or at least 1 MΩ
	LS2- shorted to ground inspection	OFF			Not shorted or at least 1 MΩ
	LS2+ shorted to power inspection	ON			Not shorted or 0.2 V or less
	LS2- shorted to power inspection	ON			Not shorted or 0.2 V or less

Results

If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
