DTC C1100-92

DTC C1100-92  : Decelerating Abnormally Detection

NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .

C1100-92 Decelerating Abnormally Detection  

DTC (VSA)

  1. Rear brake system check

    -1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

    -2. Check the rear brake system for leaks or mechanical problems.

    Is the rear brake system OK? (No brake fluid leakage, no air trapped in the brake system, no brake pads worn out.)

    YES 

    Go to step 2.

    NO 

    Repair the brake system.

  2. DTC check

    -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

    -2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

    -3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.

    -4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

    C1100-92 Decelerating Abnormally Detection  

    Is DTC C1100-92 indicated?

    YES 

    Check for loose terminals and poor connections in the VSA modulator-control unit 46P connector. Check for any authorized service information related to the DTCs or symptoms you are troubleshooting. If they are OK, replace the VSA modulator-control unit .

    NO 

    If any other DTCs are indicated, go to the indicated DTCs troubleshooting.

    NO 

    Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting .
